Well done. You are well and truly into you're stride now. Don't fear any week. In spite of appearances the levels of step-up required is no more for W4 then any other.

Just take each run at a time. You have got this!πŸ˜€

Well done. I am just behind you and should do wk3r3 tomorrow but haven't been since Sunday as I have had a cold. Might have to redo a few. Week 4 looks frightening but so did week1 and we managed that. Have a well earned rest!

Thanks.

If you're feeling ill don't run wait untill you are better. I'm sure ive read on here that if you complete a run no need to redo it just go on to the next. Cannot wait till we graduate

Whoop whoop! Just completed W3R3 a few hours ago! I've made it into W3 a number of times but never got around to completing it. I'm having some exams in a few weeks, but that isn't gonna' stop me from doing my 3 runs a week!

I also have the additional motivation of a 5k run in the sport meet being held at my workplace in about 6 weeks, so let's smash this C25K program together!!

Well done you πŸŽ‰ It's a great feeling when you do better than expected. I also have a big exam coming up and an 8 week placement, but I mostly feel energised after a run so I'm hoping running will help with studying. Good luck with your exams I'm sure you will smash it. Good luck with week 4 runs post how u get on

I'm sure when we have completed w4 we will wonder why we were scared lol we have done brilliantly so far and it seems there will be a big group graduating around the same time.

Well done getting this far πŸŽ‰

I'm looking forward to hearing how everyone tackled w4 but i'm sure we will smash it πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘Ÿ
