I am happier with myself today than I was this time last week π
I took a longer route today as every week the distance covered has always been slightly longer on R3 and for the first time since I started I timed it to near perfection, my cool down walk was finished just before I got to my gate.
Week 5, I'm coming to get ya!!

Well done! It's so satisfying when that happens. I have two hills on my route and yesterday they both coincided with walking sections of my run. I was really smug but also felt like a bit of a cheater!
