Yahoo! Completed W5R3 today. First time I have run for 20 full minutes in a long long time. I loved it. My breathing was perfect, legs were a little tired after 12 minutes of running, after 15 minutes of running I wanted to stop, after 17 minutes I could have gone for another 15 minutes easy. Actually when I was told to cool down I was surprised as I could have run further. Was very happy. Looking forwar to doing another Park Run on Saturday, and my aim will be to beat 36:36. Week 6 here I come.
