Don't shout at me!!

Yesterday I did w5r2, which I enjoyed, this morning I did w5r3!! I know I didn't have a rest day but going on holiday tomorrow so I thought I would give it a go.

When I started this endeavour I didn't think that I would have a chance in running for 5 mins let alone 20, but this program really does work, and I am full of confidence that I will complete the plan, for those who have just started or are struggling , stick with it, it can seem daunting and sometimes the easiest option seems to be to give up, but the sense of pride and achievement you will get far out way the negatives!!!

Ps, going to have 3 rest days (I think I deserve them) lol

DON'T DO IT AGAIN!!!

Just move on to W6R1. The chances are that you may well get away with consecutive runs, but it is a bad habit to form and the number of times that new runners have admitted on this forum to overdoing it prior to injury is significant.

All we want to know is why you couldn't do the run while on holiday?

Have a good rest, enjoy your holiday and return with a little discipline. Oh, and by the way......... congratulations!!
