Just back from my 3rd run and I must say I really enjoyed it. I'm buzzing! I even loved the rain. The last 2 runs I could feel my lower back and shins hurting a little but nothing hurt this time. So pleased with the progress in only a week! Really looking forward to Week 2 ππ
