Just finished run 3, was easier than run 2 and felt like I got a better Rhythm when running, feel sooo good right now, thanks to all for your support πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Well done!! We have finished week 1 this morning. The first 2 runs I was fine but struggled with tired legs today πŸ˜ƒ. Glad you completed wk 1!!

Hi Jonno. Three runs in four days is not a good idea.

Please do consider discontinuing this routine as you risk injury which will leave you unable to continue the programme.

Ultimately the decision is yours of course.

Hi Jacs, I agree it has just been an awkward week. Ideally I want my runs to be Sat, tues and Thurs, so am going to get myself into this routine now. Going to start week 2 on Saturday and then rest days am leaving pretty much a day in between as the only time I didn't was run one and Two which was 36 hours in between the runs.
