I did not enjoy running uphill at all today but I am noticeably and naturally running at a steadier and faster pace. My breathing is continuing to improve. Bring on week 3!! 🏃😰

Well done. I have just finished Run 3 of week 2 as well. It's amazing how quickly you can feel the benefits isn't it. I am doing 3 runs on a treadmill then 1 outside - maybe my knees will continue getting stronger so I can do more outside runs. Good luck with week 3
