Hi everyone

I just finished week 3 and I feel great I never thought I would be saying it but I am. As I start to get fitter I was wondering what if any exercise I should do on day I don't run, I have a job that I sit down all day so not doing a lot at work.

Just do a nice brisk 1-2 mile walk , it helped keep my legs loose between runs

Walk, cycle, gym, pilates, yoga, swimming....anything low impact helps.

I try to walk on my rest days and do strengthening exercises like squats, etc. it keeps me motivated between runs. x
