For definitions of 'week' that mean 11 days, whoops! It was a busy week and 'oh I'll just go tomorrow' won out a few times so I'm feeling relieved just to finish.
I decided to download MapMyRun for Week 6 Run 3 out of curiosity to see how much ground I would actually cover in 25 mins. It was 4.21 km which I am quite pleased with!
I was also really pleased to not have to stop - after Week 5 Run 3 (20 mins nonstop) I really felt like I might pass out and had awful stitch so I worried that adding an extra 5 minutes would be too much, but I must have paced myself better because I actually felt less exhausted at the end of the 25 mins.
Looking forward to week 7... really never imagined in March that I'd be able to do this!
