Hi

I am now on week 3 all going well but definitely find this week hard. Can anyone tell me when I will start to see a different in my body toning up with all this running I am doing

Tbh I would say that it happens in the later weeks of the program when you are running for longer periods 3 times a week.

I would say it depends also km how active you are on your rest days and if you were an absolute couch potato or you had some level of fitness

But you are getting healthier and fitter so it's all good 👍

Assuming your nutrition is on point, if you keep to the three times a week schedule after graduation you should see visible results in a few months. At this stage you are really just laying the groundwork. The actual calorie burn is not that significant yet, but stick with it. Worthwhile change doesn't happen overnight but consistency all produces results.

It's easier to see a change when you compare then to now, so take regular photos. I used a selfie stick and stood in front of a cupboard, so I have the same background each time. Also wear the same gear as you really see a difference in how your clothes sit on you. Fitted is probably better. Putting them side by side using a collage app is the best way to see. And I think you will see a difference by the end of the program.
