Just did W2D2 tough going plus I was running towards the sun left it very warm. But happy to have done it had a stitch too but don't no how I'm going to run 3 mins next week πŸ™ˆ

I've just come in from same run. As 50up says " I feel a little less good, but ok".

I don't think it was easy but equally I don't think running 90 secs today was any harder than running 60 felt last Monday ( day 1) so I'm hoping, that is progress.

If running 3 mins next week can feel as bad but no worse, I will be happy 😊

Yes I do feel 90 secs r long but but then it's double the time next week but feeling good nothing a bath won't solve 😁 good luck with run 3

Focus on now, not next...keep it slow, keep it steady. It is not a race, but a journey...your journey and you will do it :)

Well done. I can remember thinking exactly the same - how am I going to manage to run for 3 mins. But I did and you will too. Then something strange happens if you follow the programme around week 6/7 you will find yourself saying things like "oh 3 minutes left to run" and it isn't a problem. Keep going πŸ˜€

Yes I remember wen I done it a year and a half ago I thought exactly the same and couldn't believe I ran for like 28 mins. So I can do it πŸ‘Œ feel so proud wen I finish each run 😁
