Well it was a tricky decision given the sore knees last night and I could have easily stayed in bed but I didn't! And I am glad!... I think I have a running bug! I love it... managed fine and paced it well... there were twinges in the legs of.... 'ooooh yah bugger that's sore!' ... but worked through it and feel great! Woo hoo! Happy running everyone 🤗🤗🤗🤗🌈

Good for you. Just go nice and slowly and by and by you should build up stronger legs and the niggles should clear off 🙂
