Only 2 degrees when I went for my run this morning, W8R2 - luckily the sun was shining and the lake I run round was looking sooo gorgeous. My best run for ages, found a rhythm that really suited me - bring on the last run of W8, can't wait to start W9!! 😀

Frost all around this morning for my first walk with the dog. Yawn 😪

When it's icy winds put some cream on, or even sunny winds. My running fizog is ravaged at the moment 😑

Sounds good! Lucky you, to have the lake to run around. After the (few) warm days we've had recently, I feel I'd rather run when it's cold - English cold, that is, not Canadian cold, having read some posts about the latter recently! If there's blue sky, that's a bonus ☀️
