So I had my first run with the Moov Now: a temporary spot on the IC stopped me last Friday...
I liked that I could use it while doing a C25K+ session (I did Stepping Stones today) - learned that my natural step seems to be around 154, and that my cadence is 74% (who knew?). Apparently, I have a light foot-fall as well - so that's good!
I'll mix it up with a free run on Saturday morning, but I do want to do the other two this week: Stamina & Speed... I should be okay to do the 5k Saturday morning if I do the longer one Wednesday, and the short one Friday, no?
I thought the robotic voice would bother me much more than it did - I loved how it marked the miles. I do think it's good value for money. Especially if you can get one on GumTree or something...
Next: wireless headphones!!
