I went on my first W4 run today. At the beginning it wasn't so bad but in the last 5 minutes I was dying. I guess my pace was too fast through out the run. Still managed to finish though and at my fastest pace ever as well. Next run I'll slow down so I can get through it comfortably.

i did my w4r1 too , i didnt think i could do it but i loved it ! it was hard but i managed to keep the doubts away and focus on just moving , well done , x
