I've been so proud of myself completing weeks 1,2 and 3 and was excited to do week 4. However I just can't seem to complete it! I've managed one of the 3 minute runs and one of the 5 minute runs but my legs are so sore I keep giving up! Getting really frustrated with myself. Should I repeat the week? Will it get easier? Thanks!

Slow it down then slow it some more!!!
You will get there. Repeat the week if you haven't managed to complete it.
As for it getting easier, week 4 certainly will but the program is designed to push you that little bit more every week.
Trust the program and have faith in yourself
Slow it right down...
Make sure you are warmed up properly, and maybe try some exercises on your rest days.. Strength and Flex are so helpful for legs!

I used them, ( still do occasionally), to help with an Achilles tendon issue..really worked
No need really to repeat the week, if you slow it right down, and try to squish the gremlin that is telling you, that you cannot run! Focus on just listening to Laura, and set your target.. I will runs slowly to the post box, or the lamppost, think about anything except time..
You can have a good walk down and then a hot shower and massage those legs...
You can do this.... just slow, slower and slowest!
If you haven't completed it then yes. You will do it! Just keep going, very slowly is just fine. Slower really is better for this game. No rush 🙂
