After a week of not going out for a run ( too tired after work and then falling over whilst taking the greyhound out for his walk and hurting my hip and stomach! ) I really couldn't wait this morning to get out!.......I had a good 35 minute continual run with the usual 5 mins before and after walk with a good 20 min slight incline and I felt I was breathing a bit better and had a good rythm going. Not only that though but I also saw my neighbour driving past and I didn't think "oh no he will see me" but I actually smiled and waved and felt proud of myself for getting out there and running!!!!!!!
This is a BIG thing for me. I feel I need a medal or something!😄I know it's a bit silly but, well, there you are, I just wanted to share that with you all........
