Started running beginning of February. I could not run 10 minutes without stop start. I finally did it yesterday my 6th attempt. Running club helps a lot.

If you are struggling, take courage it will get better 👟

Brilliant! It's great when you reach a goal and that first non-stop 5k is one you remember. Well done!☺

Well done! It's an amazing feeling isn't it? Good advice to try a running club, have been thinking of this. I started in Feb too and could barely run for a bus but managed 5k a couple of days ago. About to start week 8 now. Good luck with the next stage!
