It is now almost three months after graduation which means more time after that the programme lasted :)

I haven't been doing exactly doing 30 min 3 times a week as I go to the gym once or twice a week and do about 20 min on the treadmill which looks to have been set for that s the max time then I so other exercises. Last week I did a run on the road and it felt so much easier. perharps the core muscle work has helped the running too.

A couple of questions for those wo have a gym routine. Do you incorporate the runs at 30 min in the gym or d you do other muscle workouts during the rest days?

Hi I don't use the gym but what I'm doing is my running 3 times a week (sometimes with a 2 day break when life gets crazy) and on the days I don't run I'm doing the nhs Strength and Flex podcasts with work on the muscles etc. So far it seems to be working ok. Hope this helps a bit
