Week four finished and I'm starting to figure this out!

I think I've got the rhythm now! For me, Run 1 of a new week is all about starting slow, then slowing down even more so I can be sure I'll make it to the end. Then, for Run 2, I know what to expect, so I can relax a bit. By Run 3, I'm actually enjoying myself! Hope this pattern continues! :D

Cheers Carolinemcd, however, I've just looked at R1W5, and now I see that week 5 has three different runs! Doh! :P

lol, yes week 5 is a little challenging but it's one of the weeks I enjoyed the most. Each run setting you up for the next. You're ready so you'll be fine :)
