I think I've got the rhythm now! For me, Run 1 of a new week is all about starting slow, then slowing down even more so I can be sure I'll make it to the end. Then, for Run 2, I know what to expect, so I can relax a bit. By Run 3, I'm actually enjoying myself! Hope this pattern continues!
