Disappointing but necessary!

Never thought I'd be disappointed at not exercising, but after last Friday and struggling with a cold I decided to rest up on Monday and start up again on Wednesday morning. Still full of cold, so giving tomorrow morning a miss too!

I'm gutted that I'm not heading out but realise it makes sense to hold off till I'm better.

Planning on a gentle plod on Friday then starting up at week 6 on Monday! Fingers crossed!

Fingers crossed you're feeling better soon. Just listen to your body, and if it doesn't feel ready to go out, then stay in. I had 2 weeks of at the end of week 5 due to bronchitis and carried on with week 6 without any problems.
