My gazelle son decided to join me at Parkrun today. After finally recovering from fractures to his 5th metatarsal he came in first at a time of 16:19. He basically finished as I was reaching halfway. I managed just under 31. I'm happy to see times under 31 and hope to get close to my 29:44 soon.
