My fundraising for cancer research.

Hello everyone hope you are all well and running fantastically! Today I have just completed WK9 R1.It is such a wonderful morning weather wise. Anyway I cannot believe that I am on the 9th week.,and I've only got two more routines with Laura.

My intention as you can see by the title of my post is to take part in a sponsored 5k run for cancer research.

I would greatly appreciate it if any of you wonderful people on this forum would consider sponsoring me.My sponsored run is on Sunday the 9th July. The venue is Hereford race course.

I realise that this is a big ask.However I feel that over the weeks I have been able to get to know you guys and with the support you have all given me I know that perhaps you would consider this request.

Dhiny thank you so much. It's a great feeling to know I'm nearly there. Yes I'm looking forward to the Race for life. Today is my rest day which is highly appropriate as it is Sunday after all ! The weather is glorious too . Anways will keep posting 😄😄
