Wk1 run 3 completed today

Really didn't feel like going out this morning, but read some posts on here and got my butt out the door!!

So glad I did, it was a lovely 'run'. Dreary weather, overcast and drizzly and it was really good, so enjoyed it.

Here's to week 2 on Friday 😬

Well done!

I think you were doing c25k about the same time last year as my wife slinkylinky. Well, she's just getting back into it after a break of about 5 months after an operation, and started back doing some w5r1 runs, so far done a couple of those, it's been OK, but doing a run around the park yesterday she had lead legs! but was able to keep going and finished the run..Think she will stay with w5r1 runs for now..😊

Thankyou

Yes I think I was, it was treadmill last year. Finally plucked up the courage to run outdoors so I thought I'd redo the program as I believed it would be harder outside. πŸ˜…
