Well after completing the App last year but on a treadmill and very few runs since today was the day!!

I've been putting it off because of my fears of running outside and when I first started I thought no way am I going to be able to do this. When finished I thought I could do that all over again!! Lol

So I'm back and this time doing the program outside πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜

And what a gorgeous time of year to run outside 😊 Welcome back, Good luck and enjoy yourself πŸ€— Remember after running on a treadmill you need to run very slowly outside. Getting the pace right can be tricky but slow slow and you'll be fine.
