Welcome aboard! Hope day 3 goes well tomorrow. C25k is a great plan. Lots of us have been amazed at how well it works.

The programme is going to be challenging at times but I guarantee that it is worth it Posting on the forum regularly can be really helpful!

Read the early posts of Graduates as they started off in the programme - a lot of tips and shared experiences that you will identify greatly with
And always remember, even if it feels like you are just running in place...Slow and slower still got the vast majority of us from zero to 5k.
