Ok, well maybe not, lol! Fab run again this morning and did 5k in around 36 minutes. Not quite sure of the exact time as I managed to hit the emergency stop on my treadmill and didn't quite have time to check what the time said before the display vanished after I realised what was going on. I'd just gone over the 2 mile mark (about 3.25k) so I started again and did 1.1 miles to make sure I got the full 3.1 miles/5k done. 😀
