Well after an interesting week with us both getting sickness and diarrhoea we made it to the start line for MK 10K,cold windy and light drizzle to start but after less than 1k clouds parted and the sun came out....

Nice flooded underpass at 3K knee deep so nice soggy feet,few little inclined along the way then oh joys 9K a hill but we made it.

5 minutes slower than WinterRun but considering that even yesterday I was sure we would start I'll take it.

The flooding was annoying wasn't it! ERk wet feet alert! 😡

Annoying hill at nine k! You can't believe it can you when you clap eyes on it. WHo the hell put that there . Did you cuss? I would have 😜

Hope you are now safely back indoors, well fed and rested.
