All right, it's cheating, if nothing else because all the uphill bits were mechanically-aided, but I couldn't let that headline go by. I promise not to make you all more jealous by posting any more about it. I certainly felt the benefit of C25K even though skiing muscles are different to running ones, my improved general fitness gives me a solid base to work on and getting my breath back at the end of the runs was much better. I was a bit tired after three and a half hours non-stop skiing but still able to ski out down a long black/blue run
