When searching on what to do after week 9 I followed the suggestion of trying c25k+. So I tried stepping stone. Find it quite intense as I usually start at a much slower pace. However I appreciate the increase in speed overall at the end. I did it on the road first then on a treadmill. I found the treadmill better as it is much better at keeping the pace than me it felt really good at the end. Did another on the road two days later and from the experience it will take some getting used to but at least I'm not being overtaken by as many fellow runners as before.

I tried Stepping Stone on Saturday and didn't quite mange it all properly - but that's ok, it gives me something to aim at next time!
