Hi all,
Completed W6 yesterday, am delighted, but today my back is achy, and I'm tired.
Going to give w7 d1 a go tomorrow , I'll go slow, it seems to be the best way to go.π

Well done! Slow is definitely the way to do it. If you're really tired and aching, remember that an extra rest day is ok! I took two rest days between runs from Week 6 onwards. Keep going, you're doing great.
Maybe take an extra rest day..it won't do any harm and you could enjoy the next run a great deal more I took two rest days this week, and felt much better for it this morning
Well done anyway
Thanks for that. Encouragement great on this forum.
Did you move onto Week 7 ?
I finished week 7 and heading to W8 tomorrow I hope. I can't believe I'm this far, but the advice to slow down is great, as it's what I needed to be told as I'm new to it all. I'm going to space out week 8 to every 3rd day?
You do it your way.. and take as long as you need. At the moment I am having at least a couple of rest t days in between runs, as I am not long of the IC
Slow and steady is the way to go and if you post your runs, you get so much good and sound advice.
