Hi all,

Completed W6 yesterday, am delighted, but today my back is achy, and I'm tired.

Going to give w7 d1 a go tomorrow , I'll go slow, it seems to be the best way to go.😀

Well done! Slow is definitely the way to do it. If you're really tired and aching, remember that an extra rest day is ok! I took two rest days between runs from Week 6 onwards. Keep going, you're doing great.

Thank you. I think I will space w7 out a bit more as I don't want to do damage.

Maybe take an extra rest day..it won't do any harm and you could enjoy the next run a great deal more :) I took two rest days this week, and felt much better for it this morning :)

Well done anyway :)

I finished week 7 and heading to W8 tomorrow I hope. I can't believe I'm this far, but the advice to slow down is great, as it's what I needed to be told as I'm new to it all. I'm going to space out week 8 to every 3rd day?

You do it your way.. and take as long as you need. At the moment I am having at least a couple of rest t days in between runs, as I am not long of the IC :)

Slow and steady is the way to go and if you post your runs, you get so much good and sound advice. :)
