My council has just put out some nice videos to challenge myths about LD, and I thought the beginning of this one about social life was worth your time to see.

I'll see if I can find something that works! But it is a chap talking about his involvement with Buxton Athletic Club and his 5Ks (and shown out running), and others involved with the club saying how well he fits in and how much he has benefitted.
