Don't want to take anything away from this, but just to be clear, this was the chap's first Parkrun, he's no beginner runner!

The fact is, it's his first Parkrun at age 90 and got round in 1hr 18. Yes, he's already a runner no denying that, and belongs to Woking AC!😊

A great example. Negotiating that 'not going to get any faster' stage with grace and positivity is a sign of true character. We who had late starts of course postpone that, although we'll have missed out on plenty of good stuff before.
