Downloaded the app today and trying it out for the first time in the AM. Any advice on successfully completing the program?

Yes go slowly! Slower the better. No thought about pace, time, distance, just finishing each session. Run only every other day 🙂

Have fun 😄

Slow is a magic word. Slower is double magic. Stretch afterwards. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! This is an amazing programme that will prepare your body for the next step in each session. Post here often so we can share your journey 😊

Go super slow. Read the forum and post any and all successes and troubles. Celebrate your accomplishments - because you'll do great.

Go slow. Don't worry about pace or distance, your goal is just to keep running/jogging/shuffling until the app tells you to walk again.

more than one rest day between runs is fine if your body needs it, but two consecutive days of running is not - rest days are very important!

Trust in the program and believe in yourself. You can do this! Good luck.

Stretch before your run. If you find you're struggling whilst running, slow down.

Thanks for all the amazing advice. On rest days do any of you do other activities? I was thinking of walking on some of the rest days.

Walking is a good idea along with browsing the internet for all the nice gear, shoes and toys you can buy... (but not essential now) :-)
