Abducted by aliens!

I think I must have been abducted by aliens! 2 months ago I had no inclination of running, never have in almost 50 years. Now I'm into Week 3 (so still very much a newbie), enjoying it and today I willingly purchased a running magazine AND was looking at proper running gear in a shop!! So all I can say is thanks aliens loving the new me lol

Actually, that is at least an explanation for the amazing change that starting C25k has brought about in so many of us. I spend a lot of time wondering how this has happened to me. Now I know. We were abducted. Let's just keep that between ourselves, though. If we start saying so to friends, family and colleagues outside this forum, we may find ourselves in a padded cell.

True... so many of us have this strange feeling and love it!!!! I realised I had been abducted whilst out running with my son in law last year... I just kept on running and I was loving it

Well done you...but a warning...if you have been looking at running gear.... there is no going back! It is..the final frontier!!!

Haha. Running starts off as an inexpensive form of exercise - you really only need shoes (and a good bra for the ladies). But then you buy a magazine. And a pair of running socks. Then running tights. Then enter a bunch of races.... Then......
