I was to do the second run last week on Thursday but on that day my tummy decided to beat my legs to the running...so I took a break until I was better which meant Sunday and I repeated run one. It was a bit harder after the long break but for the second run took only the usual day off. I usually find the first couple of minutes tough as my legs warm up to the running but after that a nice steady pace does the trick.
Time to gear up for another long one day after next

Good luck with this run G. You will be able to manage it, you are ready..
Your body takes on extra oxygen to cope with the exertion at the start of your run, so nice and slow to begin with while it gets around your bloodstream, then your breathing relaxes about 8 to 10 mins in and it feels easier...as you know.😊
