2x5Klms parkruns this morning in 30C+ heat!! If I didn't have a heart attack this morning, I am never going to have one!!!!! My Cardiologist will be either very pleased or horrified!!

Very well done!! I am just about to go and do one parkrun and it's -1 degrees at the moment! Think I prefer the cold to run in though!
