I'm so pleased that I've just finished week 5. Its the first time since I can't remember when that I've run for 20 mins (rather plodded).

I'm also pleased that I started this as it gives me a sense of achievement.

Well done you. I haven't been on here for ages but thought I'd look you up! It is a pretty good feeling to run 20 minutes, especially when you remember how week 1 felt! Oh and I plod too.

Have now done Week 6 run 1. Took a while as I couldn't get Laura to talk to me - when she did I ended up doing the times in the wrong order but I made sure I completed the correct amount of time.

Not what you're looking for?
