What does W7R3 mean? I have seen it in other variations too but I can't seem to figure out the reference.

Not a dunce at all. W7R3 represents week 7, run 3. So the third run of week 7 in the program. W4R1 is the first run in week 4 and so on.

W7R3 is just a code saying that the person has run their third session in Week 7 of the 9-week programme. So, as another example I tried today (and didn't manage to finish!!!) my second run of week 4 of that same 9-week programme : W4R2
