I would love to run on Christmas Day, but will be smiling on my crutches instead, thinking of everyone who is. Good luck to everyone who is running this Christmas Eve or Day or Boxing Day. I'll not be running on Xmas day, but will be heading out for a nice, easy run on Boxing Day, particularly since the weather is forecast to be sunny, if a little chilly.

I'll be running Parkrun in Woodley (part of Reading), having run there on Christmas Eve too. My family think I'm barking and my teenage daughter is very dis-chuffed that she'll have to wait for her presents! My husband will be getting exercise from ringing the church bells 😀
