So ooooh happy! I went to the gym for my graduation run and because I felt good at the end of 30 minutes I pushed it to complete 5k which I did in 38 minutes!
I'm so pleased I completed this programme. I started this journey on the 10th August and I was struggling to run 1 min. Never gave up and never listened to the gremlins. Repeated most session once before moving to the next and running prettymuch every other day. I'm so much healthier, fitter and slimmer.
