Completed my final run with our group tonight! Actually completed 6K in the end, non stop and super smug as well as deliriously happy! Can't wait to get going and keep improving. The support of the girls and the run leaders has been invaluable and now have friends for life

Thank you , yes we are talking and running. Some days better than others I have to admit. Sometimes we talk in very short sentences 😂 Other times it's quite relaxed and having a proper conversation. Something to work on though.
