Have been wanting to do another but work got in the way. There weren't as many people there as last time - around 450 instead of 550! This time it was much trickier underfoot - wet, with mud and slippery leaves, so I had to go carefully, especially over slippery wooden bridges. I also didn't have time to warm up as much as I'd have liked and on the first 1k it felt as though I was going to be really slow. Shows that a few weeks make a difference - my time was just under 37 minutes whereas the first time it was just under 40 minutes, on very good ground. Both quite slow but an improvement of just over 3 minutes can't be bad
