Good to get out an run again slightly warmer an no frost . About half a dozen people on bikes came up behind us shouted "walkers" ( think it was walkers could have been the other "w" rude word

Just remember cyclists are cheating. They're not carrying their own bodyweight and you are. They're sitting down. Mind you having seen those seats I don't envy them!
