Ran too fast on the first 10 mins had to run through a stitch which I managed to do! amazing how quickly you can recover at this stage - second 10mins took a little slower and so enjoyable! finally feeling this programme is really working my fitness has improved no more little runs now 25+ mins only... beautiful night run by the sea.

Well done on completing run 2 and good luck with run 3! 25+ minutes sounds worse than it is . I'm week 8 and I'm constantly amazed at how comfortable I feel now whilst running. Enjoy!!

Keep the speed right down! it's so easy to get hurt. the object is to finish injury free.
