Expected this to be tough but it wasn't to bad (not saying it's easy though) pleased to get the first run of w4 off to a good start quite chuffed with myself!!!

Just did the same this morning, I had an op on my hip last year and that was really uncomfortable when I got to the end, but at least I'd done it. Was dreading this one - 5 mins seemed a lifetime in comparison to 3 mins! Onwards and upwards!
