I graduated 2 or 3 weeks ago and just wanted to check in say that I am still running and my kids and sister and I went and ran at the World Vegan Day challenge at Ranscombe on November 1st!
It was a lap of 3.74 miles, which was further than we had yet run and we walked up some of the hilliest bits which lots of others did too, but anybody who did one lap or more, got a medal... so.... 
BTW am I still expecting to be emailed a 'medal' for finishing Couch 2 5k?
