186 days to go and a huge smile.

Hi everyone,

I finished my w4 r3 yesterday and I felt fantastic. I actually ran in daylight as it wasn't a work day so that was wonderful. My recovery rate is certainly getting better.

I weighed myself yesterday, iv'e lost 30 lbs now and i'm below 18 stones so i'm over the moon.

Just five more stones (70Lbs) to loose and 186 days to do it in to reach my target weight.

I hope your all having a great weekend.

Well done on the run and the fantastic weight loss. Yes it is great to run in the daylight even when it is chilly. I try not venture out in the dark but it is getting harder at this time of year.
