I procrastinated all yesterday and boy I wish I hadn't. Last run of the week today and I really enjoyed it. I did it on the treadmill and walked at 15 mins p/m and ran at 10 min miles, 9.47 min mile for my last minute 😜. Now have the whole weekend to enjoy and have it off and not in the biblical sense. Start again with wk2 on Monday. Also, weight wise - lost 3lbs. I'm happy with that!
