I procrastinated all yesterday and boy I wish I hadn't. Last run of the week today and I really enjoyed it. I did it on the treadmill and walked at 15 mins p/m and ran at 10 min miles, 9.47 min mile for my last minute π. Now have the whole weekend to enjoy and have it off and not in the biblical sense. Start again with wk2 on Monday. Also, weight wise - lost 3lbs. I'm happy with that!
